4.1. Recognition and thanks to the late Julian Shelly for his time and commitment to TEGVRA and the
village in general
4.1.1. Few words from Andrew Cawdron
4.1.2. Proposal for a point of tribute and recognition to Julian, A tree has been suggested during a
conversation with Margaret Shelly his Widow.
4.2. Update to Damage to trees in South Walk area.
4.2.1. Confirm advice from Broadland conservation officer following further discussions.
4.3. Litter picking along Green Lane (Sunday 30 th Feb) – lead by Neil Stockham.
4.3.1. Thanks to those that attended and help collect of 29 bin bags of rubbish and reported 2 fly tip
sites to Broadland council.
4.3.2. Thanks to James Orford, who has been independently collecting rubbish in and around the
village as part of his Duke of Edinburgh’s award and I was privileged to be ask to sign off his
community portion of the award.

Approximate weight 7.5kg per bag = 990kg or close to a metric tonne, with fly-tipping waste this will be well over a metric tonne of rubbish
collected in the area.
4.4 Information and education material near fallen tree on the green, as proposed via email to the
committee.

4.5 Superficial graffiti to the bench at the bus stop on the south side of the Green, removed quickly as
etched into the lichen and algae and not to the surface of the wood itself.
